Q: What’s the difference between Call4Five Global and Call4Five UK?

A: Call4Five Global gives you a FIVE minute call back to any phone in the UK from anywhere around the world. It’s valid for seven months from the first time you use it to make a call and very useful for those people who are travelling to foreign countries for backpacking, school trips, field adventures etc.

Call4Five UK gives you a TEN minute call from any phone in the UK to any phone in the UK. This is also valid for seven months from the first time you use it to make a call.

You can also order Call4Five for home delivery or purchase online vouchers to be used immediately.

Q: How long is Call4Five valid for?

A: Seven months from the first time you use it to make a call. This makes it much more useful than conventional telephone card type products which often expire after a month or a fixed period if you don’t use them.

Call4Five is designed to be tucked away in your pocket or rucksack to be there when you need to make that call.

Q: If I’m in the UK, wouldn’t it be easier just to take a bit of change to use in a phone box if I lose my mobile or something?

A:A few years ago that would have been a sensible idea. Now, however, more and more phone boxes and pay phones generally, particularly in rural areas, just don’t take cash!

Q: How quickly does it use up the time? I’ve heard a lot of companies charge in whole minute intervals! Which is a bit of a rip off!

A: No problem. Call4Five only deducts in 6-second increments. So if you’re on the phone for say, 1 minute and 6 seconds that’s all that’s deducted! Not the next whole minute!

Q: If I have a problem with the service in the UK, do I have to speak to someone on the other side of the world?

A: Not at all. All our staff are based here in the UK. You can reach them on 0800 046 3868 if you’re in the UK and 0044 1780 483874 if you’re overseas.

Q: So what’s the point? I’ve got a mobile.

A:Well perhaps that’s the point. At Call4Five we recognise that many parts of our lives are now pretty much driven by technology and we have come to rely on it.

But you never know. What if it goes wrong? Or it doesn’t work? Or you lose it? Or the battery dies just when you need it.
